Brie and Caviar on Sourdough Toast

So I decided to get a bit creative and fancy with breakfast one morning and went digging around the fridge for something different to my usual oats and bananas etc. I saw the bottle of caviar along with some Brie and decided I would have both on some freshly made sourdough bread that I had just purchased from the Good Market the previous day.
So I sliced the sourdough, toasted it a bit and lathered on a pat of butter, a few slivers of the Brie which I proceeded to spread a bit on the bread. And then added on the Caviar on top.
The taste was a pleasant creamy and salty one as the Brie and Caviar merged along with the slightly sour sourdough and overall it was quite the delish and impromptu meal.
Do try it sometime
